Alex Stajkovic, PhD

Alex is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, School of Business. Prior to that, he was a faculty at the University of California, Irvine, and the Washington State University. His PhD is from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Alex has 25 years of experience conducting research on work motivation and leadership. His publications have generated ~13,000 citations on Google Scholar and have received accolades from the Academy of Management. Alex has consulted with major corporations and has presented at 100+ professional conferences globally.

Alex is a co-founder of Research Paradigms Applied, a consulting organization dedicated to helping businesses apply management paradigms discovered by research in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Kayla Stajkovic, PhD, CPA

Kayla is a Visiting Professor of Organizational Behavior at the University of California Davis, Graduate School of Management. Her PhD is from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kayla has a broad business experience, which includes being an active CPA and a former auditor for KPMG and Travelers. She is an expert in data collection, analysis, and reporting, and has published archival, experimental, laboratory, and field research. Her inferential statistics expertise includes ANOVA, ANCOVA, Structural Equation Modeling, Hierarchical Liner Modeling, Text Analysis, and Meta-Analysis. 

Kayla is a co-founder of Research Paradigms Applied, a consulting organization dedicated to helping businesses apply management paradigms discovered by research in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
